we liked hotel's staff and location. a heating system and a work desk in our queen room were realy useful during our stay. besides, it offers free wifi.

Overall, it's ideal base for exploring Fujikawaguchiko attractions. Really enjoyed delightful views and wake-up service, available when you need it.
